The Youth Convention and Leadership Development Programme was organized by the Federation of Bank of India Staff Unions in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, on 1st and 2nd October 2023. The event was specially designed to encourage young employees to develop leadership qualities, communication skills, and a deeper understanding of trade union values and organizational responsibilities. Through motivational speeches, training sessions, and interactive discussions, participants gained valuable insights into teamwork, professional ethics, and future leadership opportunities in the banking sector. The convention successfully inspired the younger generation to actively contribute towards the growth, unity, and vision of the organization while preparing them for future responsibilities and challenges.
